She is topless under the blue shirt and eventually takes it off. blue body makeup. Merman wearing a conch shell g-string, head band, knee boots, with blue body makeup. Woman attendant in white sleeveless shirt and blue body makeup. Mermaid three is topless with a green dress and blonde wig. Mermaid four wears a blue sleeveless shirt and see-through dress. She has cropped brown hair but then puts on a blonde wig and is then topless. Mermaid one: T. Mermaid two: TMB. Man: TMLCA. Mermaid three: TMB. Mermaid four: Nothing > TMB. Actions A mermaid in a black top and blonde wig stands by a blue car (1). A second meermaid in a blue shirt and mermaid tail, also with a blond wig and with a lei around her neck sits on the hood (2, 3, 4). She she stands (5, 6, 7, 8) we discover she is topless under the blue shirt (9, 10, 11). A man wearing a conch shell g-string (12, 13, 14) has blue body makeup applied by a woman with her hair in a bun (15, 16, 17). The blue man now begins painting a third, topless mermaid's bare breasts blue (18, 19, 20). She has blonde curly hair and full breasts (21). A forth mermaid sits on the motorcycle (22). She is fully dressed and puts the body paint on her face and arms. She comes around the blue car, puts a blonde wig on and takes her shirt off revealing small perky breasts (23, 24, 25). She and the third mermaid continue to put body paint on (26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31). She sits (32). A dark brown dog with flowers around it's neck, looks out of car window (33). The mermaid poses with the blue man (34, 35), holding her hand in front of his conch shell (36). He turn away from us, exposing his rear (37). Finally, ready for the parade, the group of five people pose for a horde of photographers (38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43). Finally the parade starts, and out topless gang, lead by the merman on the motorcycle (44, 45), head down Surf Avenue (46, 47, 48).
