It is suspended left and right by the crest of the ilia, and floats well above her body (2), permitting a viewer to look in and witness hairage (3). Commentary The construction of this culotte, with the two anchors at the sides of the ilia, is unusual and high fashion; two different fabrics and taught suspense.
