Actions Karen recounts, "I always get into trouble. I get hired to shoot this TV commercial for shampoo. And they have this shower set and I'm supposed to lather myself up and rinse and all that except that they want me to do this topless! I mean, like they are not going to put my tits on the air, are they? No. All the guys just want to see my tits, that's what it is. Like they come on to me that what do I care, they hired me cause I do topless dancing and I'm cool, and so on. But this is not a dance gig, this is a TV spot. And it is not about the money 'cause they are paying me a whole lot more money than I make in a week dancing. It is like...I'm not even able to use words...It's like this is not right." "Anyway I huff and I puff so the makeup girl she come out and says she is going to put bandaids over my nips. Bandaids, you heard me correctly. So I think about this and say, 'what the heck.' I mean, my tits are hardly a secret and like in one respect I don't give a shit about who sees them. But I also don't want to be exploited, and it felt like I wasn't making a shampoo commercial, I was topless dancing. So the bandaids neutralized things. The guys didn't say much after that. But the makeup girl--I gave her a big kiss afterwards--she understood what it was about." Here in the photo studio the calculus is different but not without its own rules. As in the shampoo commercial Karen models with bandaid pasties and a tanga brief (1). She pauses for closeups of her torso (2) and left (3) and right breasts (4). Here however she postures (5) and then carefully peels the bandaids off her nipples (6). Pure ecdysiast. "At the shampoo shoot I just wore my underpants. Okay, they got soaking wet and I know the guys must have sneaked some closeups and had a good time in the editing room. But hey, I got a nice ass." Here, the briefs have a zipper down the front (7). Karen loosens it at the top, works it down three inches (8), and holds her position (9). "That's it," she states. "I said I wasn't going to do any nude modeling." "Yes, yes, yes," the photographer responds, "but the zipper is about...." "Okay okay," she responds, and unzips the tanga another two inches to expose the very top (and nothing more) of her pubic hair (10). "There.
