Commentary This maillot, seasoned to the point of perfection, presents a dramatic array of curves: the arching legline, the swooping armhole, a classic scoop of cleavage, and (although not visible in the picture) a deeply U'ed back. Although all of these elements will play out in many designs of the Spandex era, they are seldom combined as successfully as this presentation.
